Development of a Balanced Scorecard System using the Balanced Scorecard Methodology and Performance Indicators at the Administrative Services of the University of Cyprus
Study for the rationalization of staffing at the Administrative Services of the University of Cyprus through the implementation of three phases:
- Recording and mapping of the strategy through the use of the Balanced Scorecard methodology and training of the Agency’s staff in the reformed procedures
- Benchmarking research among universities on staffing and workload of administrative departments
Staffing study of the administrative departments of the University of Cyprus through close workshops designed, organized and conducted by the Contractor.
Consultancy Services for the preparation of a study that included:
- group interviews with the staff of the organization to record the current situation, strategy and time
- training the personnel of the organization in the reformed procedures, defining and monitoring the strategic objectives of the University’s Administrative Services
- field research and statistical analyzes for the international environment ( benchmarking study )
- staffing proposals
