Project
The Project: Provision of Technical Advisory Services for the Project «Reorganization of the Department of the Public Administration and Personnel and the Department of Labor (Ministry of Labor and Social Insurance)».
The project concerns the scientific and technical support of the Department of Public Administration and Personnel of the Ministry of Finance of Cyprus for the implementation of the Main Project, whose general objective is the reorganization of the Departments of Public Administration and Personnel (Ministry of Finance) and Labor (Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs Insurance) and includes:
- Review / redefine the vision and mission of the Departments, through a critical evaluation process.
- Develop a Strategic Planning Framework for Modernization (Short- and Long-term)
- Impact & Process Reengineering
- Gradual transition from the bureaucratic model of administration to management of goals and results through performance indicators.
- Strengthening the executive role of these Departments while at the same time strengthening the institution of decentralization
The main object of the services is the scientific and technical support of the Department of Public Administration and Personnel and includes:
- Project Management Services
- Technical and Scientific Support Services for the successful management and implementation of the Convention’s activities
- Technical and Scientific Support Services to meet the obligations of the IAPC resulting from the integration of the project into the OP Employment, Human Capital and Social Cohesion 2007- 2013
- Creating Technical Specification Sheets
- Participation in Strategic Planning
- Participation in Process Planning and Reorganization & Comparative
