Provision of Technical Advisory Services for the project of «Creation of the information system to support the organization and management of health units B PE.S.Y.P. Attic» and «Complete health information system C. PE.S.Y.P. Attica»
The project aims at the continuous support of the Main Projects implementation monitoring mechanism and includes tasks related to management needs, meeting the increased information requirements of the parties involved and providing technical expertise and elaborating the required studies.
More specifically, the project includes:
- Organization of a management system and planning of the implementation of the Main Projects
- Monitoring-support for the implementation of Main Projects
- Support of Control-Receipt procedures
- Risk Assessment Study and Development of a Security Plan for the Information System and Installation ( Risk Assessment and Security Plan Development )
- Contingency Action Plan Plan
- Publicity Study for Major Projects
- Study of data migration processes (electronic and printed historical records)
- Technical Support Consultant Services
- Management services for co-funded programs
- Information technology services
