Project

Provision of Technical Advisory Services to assist procurement, supervision of the installation and initial operation of IT infrastructures and the software platform.

The main aim of the project is the proper implementation of the Main Project (provision of electronic health services to the PHC units of the Cyclades and Syros Syndrome) in terms of the time, cost and quality of telemedicine systems to be installed, their optimal operation, as a whole, and their maximum operational utilization by the benefiting organization.

The project is categorized into two basic modules, which include all the actions that it will have to perform on the basis of the subject of the project as defined in the notice:

1) Provision of Technical Support Services before the implementation of the Main Project
This category of services aims at the permanent support of the 1st RIPE of the Aegean during the phase of the Main Project and includes tasks related to the management needs and the provision of technical expertise.

2) Provision of Technical Support after the implementation of the Main Project
This service category aims to provide ongoing support to the Main Project tracking mechanism and includes tasks related to management needs, technical expertise and meeting the increased information requirements of the parties involved.
