Business Cards KPIs Monitoring Tool
The Goal : to Develop Multi-Level Management Reports
- Tool can generate (i) monthly reports, (ii) ad-hoc reports with custom views of the reported KPIs according all supported dimensions
- Columnar reports covering all selected/supported KPIs at bank and product category level
- KPIs’ monthly evolution and other key metrics
- Graphical reports covering a selected sub-set of KPIs at product category and bank level
- Monthly evolution (during last fiscal year) for most KPIs
The Application:
The development of the Business Cards KPIs Monitoring Platform based on QPR Metrics Balanced Scorecard platform.
The application supports hundreds of KPIs in all required Hierarchies, such as: Organizational, Product, Customers and others.
The application can support the Cards Director and managers but also intermediate management and End users through QPR Portal.
