Provision of Technical Advisory Services for the support of actions of the National Observatory for the Media.

Within the framework of the Consultant’s work, it is planned to provide the necessary operational and scientific support to the National Media Observatory in order to organize and implement in a more efficient and efficient way the individual actions of the Project.

The work of the Consultant includes the following tasks:

• Identify the problems and needs of SMEs as well as proposals for methods and ways of supporting them
• Policy design – Evaluation of results
• Provision of services for the quality of the observatory
• Analysis and synthesis of data collected by the Observatory to formulate proposals and policy measures in support of SMEs.
• Developing tools and practices for managing information on competitiveness and entrepreneurship.
